【English】 During the critical phase of the Hsinchu County Administration's relocation, Lichou Engineering was entrusted with the detailed design and construction supervision of the region's core infrastructure and road networks. Upholding the highest professional standards, the team executed the project with "meticulous design and rigorous construction." This dedication not only facilitated the successful development of the County Administration Special District (now the prime area of Zhubei City) but also earned a special Certificate of Merit from the Hsinchu County Government on November 7, 1989, establishing a benchmark for excellence in public works.
